Our packaging is designed to protect your items during transport, and the shipping cost is calculated fairly and transparently. We value your satisfaction and security in your purchases; our shipments leave from Manaus via the postal service.
Shipping options: PAC, MINI Envios, and SEDEX.
Mini shipments usually arrive well before the estimated delivery time shown on the postal service's tracking website; please consider the delivery time shown on our website.
Return and Refund Policy
Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure your peace of mind. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for assistance.
For exchanges, please send an email to tupanaloja@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We will send you a return shipping label for the product. After the product is returned, you will receive a voucher for the value of the purchased product, which you can use on the website as you wish.
For returns, the customer must notify us of their wish to request a refund within 7 calendar days and send the item back within this period. The store will not accept returns with refunds after this period, only exchanges. Your email must be clearly titled "Return with refund" so that it is not confused with an exchange, the procedure is done correctly, and the refund is processed within the fiscal timeframe.
The garment must not have any stains, odors, or any signs of use, and the tag must be attached.
The refund timeframe will depend on the customer's bank account. The store will request the refund from the payment processor as soon as possible after the product is returned. However, consider crediting your statement at the end of each billing cycle, or if the purchase was made in installments, the refund may also be processed in installments.
